Checkout and Payment Options:

All payments shall be in US funds. Orders are accepted on-line with a Credit Card. For your convenience you may also place your order by phone, fax or mail.

Add your items to the Shopping Cart. When you are done shopping, go to Checkout. At Checkout you will be prompted to select the method of payment. Each payment selection brings up a form to be filled out with the required information. The form must be submitted in order to receive a printable version of your order and an Order-Number.

Credit Card payment requires name on the card, card number, expiration date and the 3-digit credit card verification value shown on the back side of the card in the signature area.

The standard US Shipping rates shown are for the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states).

Shipping rates are based on the subtotal amount.

Standard Shipping Rates do not apply for Special Order items. Large quantity orders of our standard merchandise may be considered special order. Additional fees may apply to special order items.

Orders are shipped by ground to a single location. Rates shown apply for a single address, therefore each shipping address will require a separate order to be filled out.

Orders typically ship within 2 weeks. If an item is out of stock, delivery may be delayed. You will be notified by e-mail regarding delays. Orders paid by check may be delayed to allow for check processing.

The billing address provided for credit card orders must be the address on file for the given credit card or the order may be delayed or declined. If the customer wants to ship to another address, they may select that option during Shopping Cart Checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct mailing address. If the package cannot be delivered or is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package will not be re-shipped and the customer will not be refunded. The customer will need to submit a new order with correct address in order to receive the items.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct e-mail address and phone number. This information is required in order to inform the customer of shipping status and resolve any questions about the order. This information is strictly for internal use only and will not be provided or sold to other parties.

Minnesota residents outside Minneapolis/St.Paul will be charged 6.5% sales tax and those within Minneapolis or St. Paul will be charged 7% sales tax.

Please note that upon processing your order, we will charge tax according to your billing address and enter your rate accordingly. Minnesota orders paid by check or money order must include sales tax or the order will not be processed.

Foreign Shipping includes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and overseas locations. Shipping rates shown in the Foreign Shipping Table are ESTIMATES only. Actual shipping plus a handling charge will apply to these locations. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties. All payments are to be made in US Funds. Credit cards shall be US credit cards or additional delays and/or decline of order may occur.

Failure to provide a correct e-mail address will prevent processing of the order. This information is strictly for internal use only and will not be provided or sold to other parties.

A copy of the invoice or receipt must accompany all returns within 30 days. All returns must receive an authorization number prior to returning the item. The item must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to determine resaleable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A restocking fee may apply for some items. If the item was purchased on a credit card, a credit will be applied to the same card. All CDs, cassettes, Videos, DVDs and special order items are not refundable.
